We had an amazing time staying here with a group of friends. The beach club was perfect for relaxing, and we also explored the nearby Maya Water Park and took a day trip to the beautiful ruins. The location was great, and we loved the spacious rooms, which made unwinding after adventures easy.
However, we faced an issue with the television not working, and the management didn't seem concerned about it, which was disappointing.

Spent two nights in a lovely spot where the beach is pristine and staff attention is good. Loved the dining options, especially at the hotel restaurant. Everything was conveniently within walking distance, making exploring easy. A few service hiccups, but overall, a nice balance of relaxation and fun!

We had a wonderful time using this place as our base to explore all that Mahahual has to offer. The beach is just steps away, and we enjoyed fresh seafood at the on-site restaurant, making it a delightful experience for all of us, including my niece!
My kids wished there were more activities for younger ones.

We had a fantastic time in our spacious Standard Queen Room and loved the pool area for lounging. The hotel also offered amazing beach access and cozy sun loungers to relax on. Just a heads up, the towels could use a little freshening up, but it didn't take away from our overall experience! ☀️
